What is the return policy?
We accept returns on unopened products within 14 days of delivery.
Due to the randomized nature of our repacks, opened products cannot be returned unless there is a clear error with your order (incorrect item, damaged goods, or not as described).
What if I have an issue with the product I recieved?
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us ASAP at support@6agames.com and we’ll make it right.
Providing photos of the damage helps us resolve your issue faster.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
